The axles feature a double offset inner CV joint, constructed of 4340 internal components. The outer CVs utilize our Dana 60 architecture, which is optimized for maximum strength. The center bar is made of 30 spline 4340 chromoly, the strongest material in the industry.
The center shaft is powder coated for long life. RCV designed molybdenum SPEC grease is used in the CVs to control heat buildup even under the most extreme operating conditions. A black oxide coating is standard.
