The medium-sized DECKED drawer system features a highly versatile single drawer with a 180 kg load capacity. It combines weatherproof, lockable (locks must be ordered separately), and extremely secure storage options. With a deck equipped with D-rings and a payload of 454 kg, it offers unprecedented application versatility.

Complete redesign
In an effort to maximize storage capacity and eliminate wasted space on the truck bed, the existing drawers were replaced. This also allowed engineers to develop a single drawer with a payload of 180 kg. The drawer securely extends the entire length of the truck bed. With 30% more drawer space than previous versions, tz customers have more storage space for their tools, emergency supplies, and other emergency items.

Maximized efficiency
Similar to the full-size system, the corner bins have been removed and replaced with two pass-through openings. These are located on the sides of the tailgate and extend to the wheel arch. The medium-sized systems feature two storage compartments, one on each side, which are also covered by a water-resistant and lockable lid. Four stash bins are included, which can be inserted into these openings as desired. On the cab side, the system features two access openings that can be opened to utilize the space not covered by the drawer.

Additional cargo anchorages
The mid-size drawer system features six robust, 180 kg load-bearing steel-to-steel lashing points on the deck, three on each side. Just like the full-size system, the load securing is integrated into the outer edge of the deck, using a D-ring lashing system. When not in use, these D-rings lie flat and are recessed into the surface.

Improved weather resistance
Improved by additional covers on the cabin and drawer sides. This reduces the air flow through the loading area and potentially dust in h.

Danger:
The manufacturer did not consider accessories on or in the loading area during development. This includes original accessories such as tie-down rails, style bars, or loading area protectors. These must be removed before installing the drawers and can no longer be used.
