The axles feature a double-offset internal CV joint constructed from 4340 internal components. The external CVs utilize our Dana 60 architecture, optimized for maximum strength. The center rod is constructed from 30-spline 4340 chromoly, the strongest material in the industry.

The center shaft is powder-coated for long service life. RCV's proprietary molybdenum SPEC grease is used in the CVs to control heat generation even under the most extreme operating conditions. A black oxide coating is standard.
