AIR SPRING KIT

The OME air spring was developed with a completely new internal bump stop. This internal bump stop replaces the original bump stop, which is removed during installation, and allows the air spring to be used in an unpressurized state, so that you can drive with an empty air spring and inflate it only when needed.

An air spring kit that already has 4 psi of pressure and is not subjected to any additional load can impair the vehicle's ride comfort – and this is exactly where the ARB air spring kit outperforms the competition.

The air spring kit can be deflated using a specially developed venting control system, which can be controlled manually via the valve tap or via the completely new, independent ARB air spring control system and the market-leading LINX air spring control module.

Please note: Currently without type-part approval! Can only be registered via §21. This must be agreed with an inspector in advance!

The air spring kit includes:

• 2x OME air springs
• Vehicle-specific brackets

INFLATING THE AIR SPRING

There are three ways to inflate and deflate the air springs in this kit:

Manually via the Schrader inflation valves, which are included in every air spring kit

Inflation is possible with any compressed air source, e.g. with your permanently installed or portable ARB air compressor or with the tire inflation station at a gas station. Use the manual bleed valve included in the kit to deflate or hold air

Electronically via the brand-new ARB air spring control (part number 0830002)

Control inflation and deflation via a smartphone app

Uses a pressure regulating valve, shut-off valves and an ECU that is permanently connected to your permanently installed ARB air compressor and then controlled via the smartphone app

Use the airbag venting control kit (part number OMEABK001) to also electronically control the venting function

Electronically via the market-leading ARB LINX vehicle accessory interface (part number LX100)

Complete control of inflation and deflation via a special vehicle accessory interface that is mounted on the A-pillar inside the vehicle

Uses a pressure regulating valve, shut-off valves and the LINX control unit that are permanently connected to your installed ARB air compressor for truly integrated control

Use the airbag venting control kit (part number OMEABK001) to also electronically control the venting function.
