There are no compromises here. Practicality was at the forefront of the design and construction of our “OE Style Tub Light,” as it had to withstand harsh Outback conditions, daily use with work and camping gear, and yes, even your dog riding in the passenger seat.
A rugged Bayer polycarbonate lens securely encloses all 6 LEDs, while a durable, UV-resistant ABS housing safely protects the internal parts and components—built to withstand the elements without fading, cracking, or breaking.
We offer both
Depending on what suits your setup, our OE Tub Light is available in two color temperatures. Choose “Amber Glow” (1500 K)—a warm, easy-on-the-eyes option for the cargo area—or neutral “Warm White” (5000 K) if you need clear, true-to-life visibility for the task at hand. Both options are available and sold in pairs. Choose what suits you best.
A real showstopper.
We don’t want to bore you with a spec sheet here, but this tub lighting is genuinely good, and we’d be doing you a disservice if we didn’t talk about it. That’s why we’ve highlighted the aspects we appreciate most about our OE-style tub lights—it should at least get you thinking about an upgrade. We didn’t reinvent the wheel; we simply greased it, fine-tuned it, scrutinized the competition, and improved our product. Much better. After extensive in-house development and countless iterations, we kept the LED profile as slim as possible so it doesn’t obstruct cargo in the bed, while ensuring our mounting hardware uses the factory holes, so no DIY installation is required.
Wiring? Well, our LED cargo bed light plugs directly into the factory connector, making life significantly easier for everyone and leaving you more time for other urgent DIY projects.
Operating mode
Our OE-style light bar integrates seamlessly into compatible Ford and Volkswagen vehicles. Each light uses the factory connector and mounting hardware, ensuring a clean, simple, DE-style upgrade. For certain vehicle types, additional mounting spacers are included to ensure a secure and firm installation. The factory wiring already pre-installed in compatible vehicles powers the light directly, so no additional wiring is required. Please ensure your vehicle is compatible.
When switched on:
Lights up when the vehicle is started or in accessory mode, with the duration of illumination varying depending on the vehicle model. Some models also feature pre-installed switches for manual switching on and off.
Standby:
LED Tub Lights automatically switch off after a set period once the vehicle is locked or no longer in operation. Power is supplied via the accessory power supply; on some vehicles, switching on and off is possible.

Factory-fit cargo beds
Our OE-style cargo bed lighting is designed for the next-generation Ford Ranger / Raptor / Super Duty (2022–present) and fits spray-on bed liners, plastic liners, and models without any bed liner. The product is also available for the Volkswagen Amarok (2023–present) and is suitable for models with factory-installed cargo beds. We recommend checking compatibility before purchase, as variations in trim levels and aftermarket bed liners can affect the fit.
Please note: This product is currently not compatible with vehicles equipped with a factory Ford or Volkswagen roll-up cover. We are working on a solution that should be available shortly.
