Clearview mirrors are manufactured using injection molding. They are made of die-cast aluminum and offer a secure and stable mounting on any vehicle. Each Clearview trailer mirror base is machined on a CNC milling machine to ensure consistent accuracy and a perfect fit for every vehicle.
Clearview mirrors are equipped with steel arms in the center to ensure maximum strength. The arms use cams that are precision-cut from stainless steel using a high-tech waterjet cutting machine.
These cams are welded to the arms in Melbourne to ensure the highest level of quality control and consistency. The finished arms are then coated using a special corrosion-resistant electroplating process.
