This is the ULTIMATE upgrade for your Ranger steering! It completely replaces your weak factory tie rod ends and ball joints with our heavy-duty CNC machined components and high-strength fasteners.

Starting at the rack end, we have a CNC machined 17-4 stainless steel clevis bracket. This allows us to run a super strong heim joint to give more vertical and horizontal movement during steering angle.

Our alloy extensions are CNC machined from 7075 aluminium, which is also used in missiles and similar, so you know it's tough. We then hard anodise it to make it look pretty.

To fit into your spindle, we CNC machine our tapered offsets from 17-4 stainless steel. This is a high-strength stainless alloy with excellent corrosion resistance. A 14mm high strength bolt holds it all together.

To allow for maximum articulation, we have run a massive DFI 7/8 LH heim joint for smooth, play-free steering.

We have run an LH thread on the heim end, so your tyre shop doesn't have to remove the pin when doing an alignment, and it won't damage your tapered studs.

Finally, you get a nice shiny M12 10.9 nylon flanged nut to ensure you don't end up with the wheel in your hand with a loose rod end.

To ensure your rack stays in tip-top condition, we also supply a set of extremely heavy-duty universal rack boots.
