ATTENTION: In order to use the hardtops, load box reinforcement brackets (J-braces) must be installed in your vehicle. If the J-braces were not ordered from your VW dealer at the same time as the hardtop, you can order them from us using the following part number:

The hardtops must not be installed without J-braces. Please note: These were partially installed as standard from around 2024 onwards. Please check with your dealer beforehand!
The RSI EVO Adventure hardtop is made of ferritic stainless steel and is designed for extreme on- and off-road use.
From the 7-piece modular stainless steel construction to the double-walled stainless steel wing doors with internal MOLLE inserts for securing your equipment, the SmartCanopy can withstand almost any adventure.
The RSI EVO Adventure comes standard with side stainless steel panels without glass inserts.

Attention:
All RSI EVO hardtops are delivered as a kit and must be assembled before installation.
Various tools and aids (e.g. superglue & silicone etc.) are required for this. We always recommend having the assembly and installation carried out by a professional workshop.
The manufacturer does not take any accessories on or in the load bed into account during development! This also does not apply to genuine accessories such as tie-down rails, style bars or load bed liners! This accessories must be removed before installing the hardtop and can no longer be used.
Weather resistance: Since no pickup load bed is 100% waterproof, this requirement is also not taken into account by RSI in its design. RSI hardtops consist of several elements, where leaks can occur at various connection points. Furthermore, the sliding windows and their seals are not designed for European weather and temperature conditions.
