The mounting kits are developed individually for each vehicle type. Naturally, we take the terrain characteristics into account, so that, for example, the approach angle is not overly compromised while still maintaining ease of use. However, we not only consider the impact on driving, but also all legal regulations that must be observed.
With so-called hidden winch mounting kits, the winch is integrated into the original bumper as much as possible. This concealed winch installation has the following advantage: The winch always remains attached to the vehicle and is ready for use at any time. Even with diagonal pulling directions, higher pulling forces can be achieved than with flexible systems. Hidden mounting kits are available for many off-road vehicles from brands such as Jeep, Toyota, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Suzuki, and many more. And for pickup trucks of all brands, such as Ford, Isuzu, and VW.
Danger:
These mounting kits do not include the extension rod kit and freewheel lever, as the type of winch used must be known for this.
Contrary to the instructions, the items 16-0302 socket holder and 1-90395 socket extension are not included in this mounting kit.
