ELECTRIFYING PERFORMANCE.
At the heart of the ST-X 50 inch are the premium 15W Class A rear-firing emitters, which emit 11000 lumens at a stunning 5000K color temperature. The horizontal beam pattern of 30 degrees allows maximum illumination in the medium to wide range, up to 1 lux at 914 m, with very little light within the first 80 m. The vertical dispersion of 15 degrees means minimal light wastage and reduces glare from traffic signs considerably.
A CUT HIGHER.
The ST-X's circuitry allows for "maximum power" (10,000Lm) or "reduced power" (2168Lm) modes, the latter allowing road approval in New Zealand and European countries. The built-in amber (2700K) or white (6000K) DRL/position light function allows you to stay conspicuous day or night. The concealed placement of the separate position light LEDs offers amazing uniformity of light distribution within the light bar.

THE RADIATION PATTERN
If you're looking for a high beam that offers near-field coverage, move on because this isn't it. The optical properties of the hood reflector design are best described as high beam on steroids. The ST-X is ideal for use at high speeds when medium to long range visibility is critical.
