SUITABLE FOR ALL Ford PX Ranger, Everest and UP/UR BT50 models from 2012–2021.

This is the ULTIMATE upgrade for your Ranger steering! It completely replaces your weak stock tie rod ends and ball joints with our heavy-duty, CNC-machined parts and high-strength fasteners.

Starting at the steering gear end, we have a CNC-machined clevis mount made of 17-4 stainless steel. This allows us to install a super-strong horn joint to ensure more vertical and horizontal movement during steering angle adjustment.

Our aluminum alloy extensions are CNC-machined from 7075 aluminum, the same material used for rockets and similar applications, so you know it's robust. We then hard-anodize it for a beautiful finish.

To ensure a perfect fit for your spindle, we manufacture our tapered offsets from 17-4 stainless steel. This is a high-strength stainless steel alloy with excellent corrosion resistance. A 14 mm high, high-strength screw holds everything together.

To allow for maximum mobility, we have used a solid DFI 7/8 LH home joint for smooth, backlash-free steering.

We used an LH thread at the home end so that your tire dealer doesn't have to remove the pin during wheel alignment and your conical truncated parts won't be damaged.

Finally, you get a nice, shiny M12 10.9 nylon flange nut, so you don't have to hold the wheel in your hand with a loose rod end.

To ensure that your rack remains in perfect condition, we also supply a set of extremely durable universal rack sleeves.
