The Runva EWV12000 Ultimate is the perfect choice if you're looking for a winch specifically designed for 12,000 lbs. It's ideally suited for almost all 4x4 vehicles currently on the market – from small to large. With a massive 12,000 lb pulling capacity generated by its powerful and reliable 5.4 hp engine, the Runva EWV12000 Ultimate features a three-stage planetary gearbox with a robust 253:1 gear ratio to handle even the toughest recoveries. While this winch is slower than some of our other models, it has been designed to be as compact and lightweight as possible for a perfect fit.
Thanks to its full IP67 protection rating, you can feel safe even in the most extreme conditions. The brake is our most advanced ratchet system, located within the gearbox, which is extremely efficient and reliably holds the winch when stopped. (The same brake as on our vertical hoist winch). Unlike other conventional braking systems that use brake pads, this brake does not wear out.
