When you hear the word EVO, words like premium, iconic, and unique naturally come to mind. We've been working tirelessly on another exciting addition to the EVO family. We've taken one of our proven QUAD PRO™ high beams and made significant innovative improvements to create the next generation of rectangular high beams.

Why reinvent the wheel?" or improve on something that's already considered exemplary? Well, because we believe in the importance of forward-looking, continuous improvement and are confident that our engineering and design teams have what it takes to meet the challenges presented.

This elegantly designed headlight surpasses the QUAD PRO™ and blends it with the signature EVO DNA, resulting in a more organic headlight with superior performance. Similar to its predecessor, the QUAD EVO not only integrates cutting-edge technology but also exemplifies superior design.

Designed as a modular system, QUAD EVO features a central light equipped with 23 CREE XP20 LEDs and a combination of spot and flood reflectors for optimal optical performance. In addition, QUAD EVO is also available as a side light, consisting of 18 CREE XP20 LEDs complemented by five wide-area reflectors (also known as side shooters), which together provide an impressive 210-degree distribution of pure light.

The QUAD EVO's aesthetic fit features a sleek, organic silhouette that reflects today's modern grille designs. Like the Type-X™ EVO high-beam headlights, the QUAD EVO has been carefully engineered to achieve an optimal balance between aesthetics and performance, while maintaining a compact profile that distinguishes it from other offerings on the market.

Both the QUAD EVO center light and QUAD EVO side light embody the EVO aesthetic, characterized by low-profile mounting brackets, minimal visible hardware, and pleasing visual depth created by lenses, bezels, and covers. This design approach also allowed our engineers to incorporate our innovative snap-fit ​​covers, as seen on previous EVO driving lights, enhancing both functionality and style. While the overall depth of the QUAD EVO has increased compared to its predecessor, the light unit is positioned further forward, facilitating installation on modern bull bars. This makes the overall footprint of the QUAD EVO comparable to that of the QUAD PRO.

The QUAD EVO stands out not only for its aesthetics, but also for its performance, making it one of the best spotlights in its category. Exceptional qualities are often inherited, and the QUAD EVO embodies this principle through its innovative design and advanced functionality, offering not only an impressive beam but also the adoption of wide reflectors. This transforms the typical limitations associated with spotlights of this size into unparalleled strengths.

Two QUAD EVO side spotlights produce an impressive range of 578 meters at 1 lux (effective), utilizing 36 spot and flood reflectors in conjunction with ten wide-beam reflectors. For optimal range and distribution, the use of two QUAD EVO center spotlights with two QUAD EVO side spotlights achieves a remarkable range of up to 1015 meters at 1 lux (effective) and delivers an exceptional 210-degree illumination. We guarantee you'll be impressed.

So why adopt a wide beam? Well, wide-beam driving lamps are designed to illuminate a wider area, illuminating not only the road directly in front of the vehicle but also the surrounding critical areas. This improved visibility allows the driver to spot potential hazards that would otherwise go unnoticed in the dark. The wider beam not only helps detect wildlife but also obstacles along the side of the road, making it easier to spot potential hazards early.

In addition, the wide-angle headlights significantly improve visibility in adverse weather conditions such as rain, fog, or snow. This positions the QUAD EVO as a leader in its class. In keeping with the EVO series, the QUAD EVO features a color temperature of 5000 Kelvin, which minimizes glare from road signs while promoting a soft and even light output to reduce eye fatigue.

Both the QUAD EVO center and side lights offer IP68 protection for water, dust, and mud resistance (submersible up to 3 m), so even in rougher 4x4 terrain, you can be confident these lights will withstand all your outdoor adventures. Additionally, each light offers a lifetime of up to 30,000* hours at operating temperatures from -40°C to 60°C and is engineered with ADC12 aluminum raw material (housing).

From a visual perspective, modern louvres provide a sleek and contemporary appearance. However, they are also critical to the performance and efficiency of the LEDs, as well as the overall lifespan of the high beam. Based on these design considerations, the louvre design of both QUAD EVO variants was engineered to maximize surface area and thus improve heat dissipation. This reduces the risk of overheating and potential damage to the headlight's internal components.

One of the standout features of the QUAD EVO is its reconfigured mounting system, which offers a variety of mounting solutions. Our team of designers and engineers applied a thoughtful design that captures the signature EVO aesthetic and applied it to the QUAD EVO design housing, providing a minimal and sleek, less obstructive mounting solution. This ingenious mounting adjustment makes the QUAD EVO a perfect driving light for modern bullbars with minimal mounting clearances and perfect for a roof rack setup. It's also a potential candidate for smaller off-road vehicles such as ATVs.

After unboxing the QUAD EVO, you'll quickly become familiar with the necessary hardware and wiring for initial installation. The stainless steel mounting bracket and polycarbonate lens material ensure durability and longevity. To support mounting versatility, the QUAD EVO Center Light and Side Light come with rubber dampers. These mount under each bracket to absorb chaotic vibrations commonly encountered on rough corrugated roads or during heavy off-road use.

As with many of our other driving lights, we allow our customers to express their individuality with covers and bezels. The brushed stainless steel bezel you may have seen on our Type-X™ EVO LED driving lights has been applied to the QUAD EVO. A selection of colors was made to cover a wider range of modern vehicles while allowing for customization with our existing product range to ensure consistency. Each color variation will be available for both the QUAD EVO center light and the QUAD EVO side light.

In terms of accessories, the QUAD EVO center light comes with 1x STEDI™ Black Out Cover, 1x Colour Fascia Grey and 1x Colour Fascia Orange, while the QUAD EVO side light comes with 2x STEDI™ Black Out Covers (L+R), 2x Colour Fascia Grey (L+R) and 2x Colour Fascia Orange (L+R).

Every QUAD EVO light comes with our STEDI™ key, which easily removes any color screen and doubles as a bottle opener. You know we had to include a STEDI™ patch, too. Thank us later.
