Xtreme Outback's Stage 1 upgrade is designed to achieve a significant increase in torque while maintaining drivability for everyday vehicles. These kits are ideal for vehicles that have been tuned, regularly tow heavy loads, are equipped with larger tires or heavy accessories, and are operated in extreme conditions. The 500 Series kit includes a heavy-duty pressure plate with increased clamping force, a sprung or rigid organic friction plate (depending on the application), and a flywheel. The kit also includes an alignment tool, a throwout bearing, and—if required—a journal bearing/bushing. Xtreme Outback also offers a range of different kit options for those seeking hydraulics or accessories, as well as extra-strength kits for specialized applications requiring even greater torque capacity.
